We'll discuss the buying process and identify which questions need checking with a mortgage broker or lender. They assess borrowing eligibility. You can start getting answers before you know whether buying now is possible.
You don't need to know whether your savings are enough before contacting us. A broker or lender needs to consider your deposit alongside your income, commitments and other circumstances. We can discuss the property buying steps while you investigate your financial position.
No. You can book while you're exploring your options, even if you haven't spoken with a broker or lender. Your borrowing position needs to be established so an active property search and any offers work within an appropriate budget.

Our buyers agency service is paid. We explain the fee, what's included and the payment terms before you decide to engage us after your free consultation, and provide these details in writing. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and understand the terms before proceeding.
For buyers who are ready to proceed, we work towards a purchase and settlement in around 7 to 12 weeks. This is a planning target, not a guaranteed date. Your finance, buying brief, available homes, contract conditions and settlement terms affect the timing. Some purchases take longer, and we'll discuss a realistic timetable for your situation.
Tell us straight away, including any offer deadline or commitment you've already made. We'll explain whether we can help and what can realistically be done within the time available. If you've already signed a contract, let us know before your session.
Yes. Tell us who you're working with and we'll coordinate with them. Right Path handles the agreed buyers agency work, your broker or lender handles finance, and your settlement agent handles settlement.
The session can help you understand what needs attention before an active search makes sense. We'll discuss your timing and the next steps to investigate. If our service isn't appropriate at this stage, we'll tell you.
